This Privacy Policy describes how Reverb Studio Mobile ("we", "us", "our", or the "App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information required to operate the App:

• Account data via Google Sign-In: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and basic profile name. We do not receive your Google password.
• Usage data: a counter of how many video exports you have performed, used to enforce the free tier and unlock premium features.
• Subscription / purchase data: when you subscribe via Google Play Billing, we receive a purchase token and product identifier required to validate and activate your premium access. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment instrument details — those are processed entirely by Google Play.
• Diagnostic data: anonymous error logs and crash reports to improve stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
• Track free-tier usage and unlock premium features after purchase.
• Validate subscriptions and prevent fraud.
• Provide customer support.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment method. Subscription management, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled directly by your Google Play account at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Our backend infrastructure provider (Supabase) for authentication and database storage.
• Google Play, for purchase validation.
• Authorities when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

Your account data is retained while your account is active. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with industry-standard access controls and Row Level Security policies that ensure only you can access your own data.

7. Your Rights — Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly inside the App, from the Profile screen, using the "Delete my account" button. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
